How This CRM & Automation System Was Built

Over the past four years, I have continuously designed, tested, and iterated this CRM and workflow automation system to solve real-world sales challenges—especially in complex, high-variation environments like real estate.

Before adopting Kommo as the core platform, I evaluated and implemented numerous CRM systems available in the market. While many offered strong individual features, most came with significant trade-offs:
they were expensive, overly complex, difficult to adapt, or misaligned with how sales teams actually operate day to day.

Through hands-on use and real deployment, it became clear that real estate CRM is not simple to build. It involves:

  • Multiple lead sources and communication channels

  • Different deal journeys across projects, subsales, and rentals

  • Frequent handovers between agents

  • High dependency on timing, follow-ups, and context

Each additional variation increases system complexity.

After discovering Kommo CRM, I identified a rare balance between flexibility, automation capability, and cost efficiency. This allowed me to experiment extensively with workflows, pipelines, and integrations—testing almost every practical sales scenario that could occur in the field.
