Google Sync via Automage helps Kommo users connect their Kommo account with Google tools such as Google Sheets and Google Contacts.

This integration is built and supported by Automage. Automage is an independent service provider and is not owned by, operated by, or officially representing Kommo or Google.

What This Integration Does

Google Sync via Automage allows you to:

  • Sync Kommo leads to Google Sheets

  • Sync Kommo contacts to Google Contacts

  • Route Kommo lead updates into automation workflows

  • Keep your sales and property database organized

  • Reduce manual data entry between Kommo and Google tools

Depending on your plan and setup, additional automation features may be available.

Before You Start

Before installing the integration, make sure you have:

  • An active Kommo account

  • Permission to install integrations in Kommo

  • A Google account

  • Access to the Google Sheet you want to connect

  • Permission to authorize Google Contacts, if contact sync is enabled

How to Install the Integration

  1. Open your Kommo account.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Open Integrations.

  4. Search for Google Sync via Automage.

  5. Click Install.

  6. Review the requested permissions.

  7. Authorize the connection.

  8. Open the widget settings.

  9. Click Connect Google.

  10. Select your Google account and approve the requested access.

  11. Save your sync settings.

Once setup is complete, the widget will show your connection status.

How to Connect Google

After installing the Kommo widget:

  1. Open the widget settings in Kommo.

  2. Click Connect Google.

  3. Choose the Google account you want to use.

  4. Allow the requested permissions.

  5. Return to Kommo.

  6. Confirm that the Google connection status shows Connected.

If the status still shows Not Connected, refresh the page and try again.

Google Permissions Used

The integration may request access to Google services depending on the features you enable.

For example:

Automage only uses the permissions required to provide the selected sync and automation features.

The integration may access Kommo data required for automation, such as:

Automage does not ask for your Kommo password.

How to Use the Integration

After setup, the integration can automatically process supported Kommo events, such as:

  • New lead created

  • Lead updated

  • Lead status changed

  • Contact created or updated

  • Selected custom field updated

How to Disconnect Google

To disconnect Google from Automage:

  1. Open the widget settings in Kommo.

  2. Click Disconnect Google, if available.

  3. Confirm the disconnection.

You may also revoke access from your Google account:

  1. Go to your Google Account.

  2. Open Security.

  3. Open Third-party apps & services.

  4. Find Automage.

  5. Remove access.

After removing access, Google sync features will stop working.

How to Uninstall the Kommo Widget

To uninstall the widget:

  1. Open Kommo.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Open Integrations.

  4. Find Google Sync via Automage.

  5. Click Uninstall or Disable.

After uninstalling, Automage will stop receiving new Kommo events from that account.

Troubleshooting

Google shows “Not Connected”

Try the following:

  1. Refresh your Kommo page.

  2. Open the widget settings again.

  3. Click Connect Google.

  4. Make sure you choose the correct Google account.

  5. Allow all required permissions.

Google Sheets is not updating

Check:

  1. The Google account is connected.

  2. The selected Google Sheet still exists.

  3. You have permission to edit the sheet.

  4. The correct sheet/tab is selected.

  5. The Kommo lead has the required fields.

  6. The automation is enabled.

Contacts are not syncing

Check:

  1. Google Contacts permission was approved.

  2. The contact has a valid name, phone number, or email.

  3. Contact sync is enabled in your widget settings.

  4. The Kommo contact is linked to the lead.

I connected the wrong Google account

Disconnect Google from the widget settings, then connect again using the correct Google account.

You can also revoke access from your Google account security settings and reconnect.

Automage only processes data required to operate the integration and automation features you enable.

We do not sell user data.
